How does outsourcing process works?

The most important part of our operations process is a list of requirements from you. We will sit down and discuss what process is working well for you and what is not. After you approve our proposed solution then we proceed to the next step.

Here’s how our standard process works.

 

Getting Information

Gather the required documents (bank statements, receipts, check stubs, paychecks, etc.) from the client for the accounting period to be updated. Transfer/send them to us along with the latest accounting data file and instructions using the method most convenient to you.

 

 

Organizing

=>> Once we receive your project, the officer assigned will compile all documents and check the completeness. The assigned bookkeeper will also interact with you what documents are still needed. You can communicate with our team through phone or chat. All data are feed into your preferred accounting system.

==>> The reviewer (senior accounting officer) will study and check the accuracy of work.

==>> Final Check. Our US CPA will do the final check then will approve for delivery.

==>> We can return the completed work to you online, too. Sign in to our outsourcingcpa.com website. You can view, print, or download your reports, checks and other vital accounting/bookkeeping information 24 hours by 7 days a week.

==>> Or we can email/fax or mail to you a copy of the reports you would need.

==>> Turnaround time. Currently, standard turnaround for small projects is just a couple business days and rush services are also available for quicker deliveries! Specific commitments can be made after studying the volumes and complexity of work to be done.
